1. Who we are

Q-Star Trading (ABN 27 149 616 218) operates BlackSwan Archive. Privacy enquiries and complaints can be sent to support@9cstar.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account details such as email address and authentication identifiers.
• Hashed API keys, plan, credit balance, usage records and request metadata.
• Tickers, scenarios and parameters submitted to provide API results.
• Subscription, invoice and payment-status metadata supplied by Stripe.
• Support correspondence and necessary security, device, network and server logs.

Stripe processes payment-card details. We do not store complete card numbers or security codes.

3. Why we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate API requests, provide forecasts and stress tests, meter usage, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, diagnose faults, improve the service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Service providers and overseas processing

We use providers including Stripe for payments, Supabase for authentication and data, Vercel for the website, and AWS for API infrastructure. These providers may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States and other regions in which they or their subprocessors operate. They receive information only as needed to perform services for us or where disclosure is required by law.

5. Browser storage and security

The application uses necessary browser storage for sign-in state and API-key access; it does not currently use advertising cookies. We use access controls, hashed stored API keys, transport encryption and operational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not share credentials with us by email.

6. Retention and your choices

We retain information while your account is active and afterwards only as reasonably needed for billing, security, dispute resolution, backups and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by emailing us. We may retain records that lawfully must be kept or are needed to establish or defend claims.

7. Complaints and updates

Send privacy complaints to support@9cstar.comwith enough detail for investigation. We will acknowledge the complaint and respond within a reasonable time. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change and will publish the revised effective date here.
